For your 2015 International Prostar I recommend the Buyers Products Weld-On Pintle Hitch Plate # 3371809027A. The plate dimensions are 25-1/2" tall x 34-1/2" wide x 3/4" thick. It is a fabricators hitch plate so you will need to take it to a certified welder or fabricator for installation. This is the best option since there are no custom fit hitch plates for your truck. view full answer...
For your application I recommend the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07 because it's a weld-on hitch with brackets that can be adjusted to fit different frame widths, and it has a 16K towing capacity so it gets you the 10K you're looking for.
Since this is a universal fitment you'll need to check to make sure this fits the frame style on your 2015 International Trucks Terrastar chassis as I don't have a way to confirm this. view full answer...
The best option we have available for your International 4700 is the Buyers Products Class 4 Hitch Receiver # 3371801055. It has a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight limit of 1,000 pounds.
I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well. view full answer...
According to Buyers Products, the # 3371809065 is designed to fit the Chevy/GMC model 3500 cab and chassis. For your 1996 International 4700 LPX you will need to use a universal weld-on hitch plate. Unfortunately, there are no custom hitch plates available that will fit your truck. We have the following options.

The Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller # HA100400C will work very well with your 1969 International Loadstar 1890 truck. These controllers are designed for air brake systems to create smooth electric trailer braking. They are both proportional controllers so they will give you the braking you are seeking. They are both adjustable so you will be able to ensure your unloaded trailer can also be towed as desired with smooth braking. Both of these controllers work well, so it comes... view full answer...
I have an option for you, but unfortunately the Warner 1300-80 you have has been discontinued for a while now.
The only air to electric brake controller we offer now is the Hayes # HA100400C which will be pretty easy to install. Just cut the 4 wires off of your current controller, and wire them in the exact same way to the new # HA100400C. You'll just need to connect the air line, and install the new mounting bracket as well to finish it up. view full answer...
The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar and Axle Plate Kit if you don't have autochains # RM-1179-112-00 is the correct fit for your chassis and if you do have autochains, then # RM-1179-112 is the correct fit. This anti-sway bar will install behind the rear axle, but is designed to work with the air bag system so it does not interfere. I've attached a photo of the installation instructions that clearly show the air bag as well as the fit. view full answer...

This combination will convert your air brakes into a proportional braking system on your trailer. view full answer...
I don't have any specifics on an International TerraStar but I do know a lot of these types of trucks use a 24 volt electrical system which will not work with most electric trailer brake controllers. However, we do have one that will work with 24 volt electrical systems as well as 12 volt electrical systems in the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR. The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite is actually a really great option because in addition to the 24 volt compatibility has both... view full answer...
In addition to the rear anti-sway bar # RM-1179-112 for the 2016 International Terrastar we also have the front anti-sway bar, # RM-1179-124. Please note that for the REAR bar if the RV does not have OnSpot chains, you must purchase axle plate kit # RM-590060-00 to install the bar.
There isn't a steering stabilizer available for this particular model. view full answer...
There are a few options for your 2000 International 4900 Truck, but there is not a custom fit receiver available.
The Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch with 3" Receiver Opening, 25,000 lbs. # 38124 could work but requires the frame on your truck to be 34 to 34-1/2" wide. This option has a 4000lb tongue weight rating and a 25000lb trailer weight rating, but uses the less common 3" receiver.
Another option is the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets - 2-1/2" Receiver -... view full answer...
The Reese Super Titan 4000 Trailer Hitch # 38208 referenced in your question is a universal-type hitch that is designed for "C" channel style frames that are approximately 34-34-1/2 inches wide. If this matches the frame on your Kenworth w900 semi-tractor, then this heavy-duty hitch will be a good option.
Otherwise, we do have a nice selection of universal, weld-on hitches available that you can look through that might be a good fit for your w900. The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body... view full answer...
The issue is that semi trucks have the stop lights separate from the turn signals and standard trailer wiring like what the Hopkins Magnetic Tow Lights part # C6304 has these two circuits are on the same wire. So you'd have to wire in a signal converter like the Roadmaster # RM-732 so that the two circuits would be on same wire. view full answer...
We have the Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller # HA100400C which is an air to electric brake controller like you need. This will connect to the air brakes of a trailer and allow you to operate electric trailer brakes. view full answer...
In regards to choosing an electric trailer brake controller, you have proportional and time-delayed options. The best option would be a proportional brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 because it applies braking force in a variable amount based on the load. This will give the best performance when compared to a time-delayed controller which applies force in a set amount. The proportional controllers are also instant whereas time-delayed are not. view full answer...
We have two brake controllers that work well with air brake systems. I recommend the Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # HA100400C. This system offers both manual override and proportional braking giving your trailer brakes the same intensity as your truck. I've attached a video review to assist.
If you feel comfortable working with air systems, then you can absolutely do it yourself. If you are not comfortable with that, I recommend having a... view full answer...
Behind the brake pedal there is a switch that has wires ran to it that you'll need to test with a circuit tester part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires until you find the circuit that only has 12 volts when the brake pedal is pressed. view full answer...
The label side of the Tuson Electronic Sway Control System for Electric Trailer Brakes # 335TSC-1000 needs to face forward and be in a vertical orientation perfectly centered on the trailer 5-10 feet back from the center of the king pin like what you see in the picture I attached.
That said, for the type of sway you are experiencing your best solution it so move your axles further back on your trailer. view full answer...
