When we installed the etrailer hitch part # e98840 on a 2016 Acura MDX like yours we found there was a distance of 14-1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the hitch opening. So using the two dimension you mentioned you'd need a rise of 4 inches and 7 inches for your two trailers.
