Dirty or corroded weldnuts can be an issue for hitch installs. What you will want to do is check out the help links I attached that detail how to clean them so that you can install that last bolt to secure your hitch.

You will not need to remove the spare tire when installing the Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch # 41015 on your 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser. You will need to remove the tow hooks when you install the hitch, but you will reinstall the tow hooks on the vehicle. When you reinstall the tow hooks you will switch the location of the tow hooks. The passenger side tow hook will go on the drivers side and the drivers side tow hook will go on the passenger side.

The factory brake controller harness on the 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser will be located underneath and left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. It is possible that the harness is tucked up above the emergency brake pedal or behind the kick panel left of the pedal. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System, part # TTOFTUN4, mounts where your factory bump stops are mounted. To install part # TTOFTUN4, you will have to remove the factory bump stops and replace with the Timbren System.
To remove the factory bump stops, it may be a good idea to use penetrating oil if you have a hard time getting the bump stops loose.

You can absolutely use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle w/ Brake Flange - 5,200 lbs # TASR5200S03 on your 2013 Livin Lite Camper with an aluminum frame, but you'll need to put some sort of buffer between the Timbren system and the frameto prevent galvanic corrosion. Your best bet is going to be putting a thin rubber pad between the steel mount and the aluminum I-beam. According to my representative at Tekonsha, Toyota always places the brake controller connector above and to the left of the emergency brake pedal as shown in the photo I edited for you. Sometimes the connector can be found behind the kick panel to the left of the emergency brake pedal.

There doesn't need to be a breaker between the positive and negative wires of the switch of the Curt Breakaway Kit part # C52040. It would be possible to use a running light circuit to run to the charge wire of this kit and there would be a light charge that would occur but the problem is that the running light circuit typically only carries a fraction of the amperage compared to the 12 volt accessory circuit with this being partially due to the much lower gauge wire used for this circuit.... view full answer...
The blue wire of the Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller # TK90160 does get run to output circuit of the 7-way at the rear of vehicle using 10 gauge wire like # 10-1-1. It does not route then back to the battery using that same circuit. The black wire of the brake controller does need to run to the positive post of the vehicle battery to power the controller. If your trailer needs a 12 volt accessory circuit like for a battery charge circuit then the 1:00 of the 7-way would need a 10 gauge... view full answer...
