To install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR in your 2020 Ram 1500 Classic all you need is the harness part # 331-TPH-020 which plugs in under the dash. I spoke to my contact at Redarc and they said that the Redarc The Manager30 # RED93FR can work in a trailer when not attached to the vehicle. The shore-power will go through the charge and convert to DC power to charge the batteries. The solar will do the same. The solar and shore-power can be hooked up at the same time. The Manager30 will draw from the solar panels before taking shore-power.

You'll either want to trim that 3/4 lip or trim up the alignment plates from the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A70480 a little to properly install this on your 2019 Ram 1500 Classic with the 6-1/2' bed. Adarac actually calls out trimming the alignment plates on an as-needed basis so this can safely be done. You will need to use both for the installation.

Emissions testing is basically just a check to make sure you do not have any check engine lights on. A catback system like the MagnaFlow kit part # MF17108 would not cause any check engine lights to come on so it would not cause you to fail emissions. Where it might get interesting is the visual inspection. This dumps the exhaust right before the rear axle but but does have a muffler so it really depends on how strict the place you go to enforces any restrictions on exhaust.
