I was able to find that your ground clearance on your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage is 6.3". With that the length from the front of your bumper to where your front tires contact the ground must be 27" or less for it to fit on the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045.
