Depending on which wheel The Wheel Club - Tire and Wheel Lock, part # W1490, is mounted to will determine if a car can be towed. If the vehicle's non-drive wheels or wheels that are not powered by transmission are locked then this would prevent the vehicle from being towed. For example on a front wheel drive car, like your Mitsubishi Galant, if you were to put the wheel lock on the rear wheels, this would prevent the car from being towed by a traditional tow truck that tows the vehicle... view full answer...
The Redline Wheel Lock Set, # RG01-150, is only made for ½ inch wheel bolts. For bolts of a different size, you'll need a lock like The Wheel Club Tire and Wheel Lock, # WI490, which fits over your tire rather than over your lug nuts. This model fits wheels from 13 to 16 inches and tires up to 28 inches in diameter, 9 inches in width.
If you have wheels/tires of a different size, let me know what size you have and I'll be happy to recommend something else. I'm also attaching a link to... view full answer...
Trailer wheels that are 17-1/2 inches wide commonly use 9/16" lug nuts, and we do have those, but not locking lug nuts of that size; the best option is to get the lug nuts that fit and utilize a wheel lock. For the lug nuts you can use either of the following:
- Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 9/16"-18 - Stainless Steel # LHLR110
- Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 9/16" Diameter - Zinc Plated # 6-53
Then for a wheel lock that will fit that size wheel, I recommend a Rack'em lock:

I pulled a Rack'em Magnum Wheel Lock, part # RA-25 from our warehouse and tried it out on a couple of tandem trailers we have here. I tried to attach the lock to a tandem trailer with 14 inch tires on it. It is designed to really be used on one wheel at a time. The distance between the tires was almost 7 inches and the lock was unable to clamp to both wheels at the same time. I have attached a photo of the lock system that shows the width of the bar that separates the locking arms. Note... view full answer...

I have a solution for you but the etrailer Wheel Lock item # 288-02020 is not able to be keyed alike. Instead you will want the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock item # BLEZ-302. This wheel lock is made of aluminum and fits 15" to 20" wheels. This wheel lock is also made in America. You will want to select keyed alike in the drop down above the add to cart option. You will need to purchase all of the locks you want keyed alike at the same time. view full answer...
The CLUB Tire Claw XL # WI491 appears to be the wheel lock that will fit your wheels and tires. It can fit wheels up to 12" wide which your tire is 10" wide, and will extend into the wheel up to 8" from the tread face. Your side wall is 6" so you will need to confirm with your wheel if the lock will be able to fit into the cut outs on your particular wheel.
After speaking to Rack'em about their Lock'em Magnum Wheel Lock # RA-25 they have informed me that it will not properly fit your... view full answer...
The AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock # AMP49FR is designed for Atwood and flat nose couplers. Unfortunately, this lock and others will not fit the Andersen adapter # AM3100. The best way to secure your trailer with this adapter is with a wheel lock like the Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock # BLEZ-302. This fits 15-20" wheels or for 13-15" wheels you could use the # BLEZ-300. view full answer...
The Ram OEM fifth wheel can be locked though there is not a specific lock designed for it. The Reese OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # RP30918 will need to be locked with a padlock such as the Master Lock Padlock # ML1KA in the place where the pin and clip are at the handle. view full answer...
Thank you for providing a description of the tire size for which you want a lock. Based on your description ("18-inches from the center of the wheel to the outer tread") it sounds like you have a tire with an overall diameter of approximately 36-inches. Please refer to the linked photo.
If my understanding is correct then the Rack'em Manufacturing Lock'em Magnum Wheel Lock # RA-25 will not work due to your large tire diameter.
All of the wheel locks we offer can be seen on the link provided... view full answer...
We do carry wheel locks which can be keyed alike, but they are not locking lug nuts. The Blaylock EZ Trailer Wheel Lock for wheels that are 15" - 20" # BLEZ-302 can be keyed alike by choosing that option in the "Keyed Alike" drop-down menu. It is not for spare tires however, so you would need an extra key for one such as the # FSTL0603. The upside is that you would not have to use seven of the Blaylock Wheel Locks which is going to save you some time when it comes to locking and unlocking... view full answer...
The # STC-V211 would be similar to a standard trailer jack with a wheel caster and it does not have a lock specifically for it, but you could use a wheel lock on one of the trailer wheels like with # RA-25 and you'd prevent the trailer from moving similar to if the wheel of the jack was locked. view full answer...
Masterlock Pedal to Wheel lock # 256DAT, does not have any vehicle specific information, but it will work on any vehicle whose steering wheel and brake pedal setup will fit into the span of the lock.
As long as the distance from steering wheel to pedal is 30 inches or less, and the steering wheel is not larger than 13-1/2 inches in diameter, the # 256DAT lock should work well for your application. view full answer...
The Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches, # 3794DAT is the closest we come to a keyed alike option for all your trailer locks. We don't have the option of the keyed alike shackle padlock.
The wheel locks can be keyed like each other, but not like the other locks so you can have multiples of the same part but you can't key the other parts the same as the wheel locks. We have the The CLUB Tire Claw XL # WI491KA and the option with the... view full answer...
When towing a vehicle on a dolly like the part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced you need the steering wheel to be locked so that around corners the dolly fenders don't hit the door or fender of the vehicle.
If your steering wheel doesn't lock when the key is off you can use your seat belt to lock it. Wrap the seat belt a couple times around the steering wheel and then buckle it in place. Now pull the seat belt all the way out so that as you let it retract it locks. Now your wheel will be locked. view full answer...
In order to determine the correct wheel stabilizer for your tandem axle trailer, you need to know the spacing you have between your wheels, as there isn't a standard spacing for trailers based on size. So all you need to do is take a quick measurement of the space between the tires at their closest point, which you'll use to determine the right stabilizers.

As long as there is an open lug bolt opening in the wheel that has 3/4 inches of clearance behind it on your 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara rear mounted spare wheel you will be able to use the Spare Tire Lock, item # e98892. I have added a photo showing how the lock is attached and the distance from the back of the wheel to the farthest part of the lock.
If the wheel mounting bracket at the back of the Jeep covers all of the bolt holes the lock will not work. view full answer...
The Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 is a great choice for a spare tire carrier. The bolt that holds the wheel onto the spare tire carrier is a 1/2 inch - 13 bolt that is 1-1/2 inches long. Since the bolt is smaller than 9/16 inches, the Tow Ready Spare Tire Lock # FSTL0603 will work well with the spare tire carrier. This spare tire lock will keep the wheel secured to the spare tire carrier. I've attached a review video of this lock for you.
