The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514 has a 0.45" valve stem hole.
Rather than using a TPMS that uses valve stem mounted sensors like the Tuson Towable Tire Pressure Monitoring System # 335TPMS4WIVS I recommend looking at sensors that will strap to the inside of the wheel like the TST TPMS # TST34FR. These sensors have the advantage of being able to mount deep inside the wheel center where they are better protected but will also not overly distort the wheel balance. view full answer...
The batteries in the sensors of the Tuson Towable Tire Pressure Monitoring System # 335TPMS4WIVS that you mentioned will last around 5 years with normal use and are not replaceable.

The weight of the Flow Through Tire Sensors for TireMinder TPMS # TM66FR is 0.7oz each including the CR1632 battery. According to TireMinder, these should not throw off the balance of your tire. That being said, you could always have them checked at a local tire shop for peace of mind once the sensors are installed. view full answer...

Most TPMS sensors like the TST TPMS for RVs # TST-507-RV-4-C will come with the tire temperature warning set for 158 degrees Fahrenheit. This is typically a good point for the alarm to be set in most climates on the Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # 274-000029. Do note in much colder climates the temperature may never come close to this temperature unless it is near failure or the tires are misaligned on your trailer. Once a tire begins to climb over this temperature there is... view full answer...
The Aluminum Viking Series Valkyrie Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6-1/2" - 8 on 6-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray # AX02665865HDBML utilizes the standard valve stem like the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long # AM20906. These are the same diameter (7.7mm with threads 0.794 mm pitch) as you find on car and bicycle tires. It comes with the valve included so I don't know if the hole is 0.453" or 0.625" as both are standard options for that same traditional Schrader valve.

The sensors of the # TST-507-FT-4 are less than .1 of a lb which means they would not throw your wheel out of balance and would not require rebalancing. We also have not had any customers report back that they had to do this either. view full answer...
The Kenda Karrier 225/75-15 Load Range D tire used on the # AM32666 wheel/tire combo carries an M rating, which is good for up to 81 mph. As long as the TPMS sensors you used are compatible with rubber valve stems, they'll work just fine with this wheel/tire.
I've linked to a product description video, where my buddy Cole will run you through the features of the wheel/tire. view full answer...
