The Kenda Karrier 225/75-15 Load Range D tire used on the # AM32666 wheel/tire combo carries an M rating, which is good for up to 81 mph. As long as the TPMS sensors you used are compatible with rubber valve stems, they'll work just fine with this wheel/tire.
I've linked to a product description video, where my buddy Cole will run you through the features of the wheel/tire.
