To mount the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56378 to the Draw-Tite item # 76025 you will want to use the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # 18144. This will allow you to install the 4-way farther down from the hitch receiver without drilling. There's a lot going on there with the ball mount and safety chains. My personal preference is to get the wiring out of the way.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier # CE27310G to take some measurements. The mounting plate surface where the wheel attaches measures 3 inches wide by 6-1/8 inches tall. The overall height is 10-1/2 inches.
