Good news! I was able to go out to the warehouse and measure the pin that is included in the Replacement Hitch Bolt kit # Y8780022 and found that when placed in the lock you will have 3.66 inches of pin length between the lock and the head of the bolt.
According to your measurements this lock will make it through the 3 inch span of the 2-1/2 inch hitch and still have plenty of room for the lock. The lock is the black part on the end of the pin in the photo I've attached to this page show... view full answer...
The throw bolt for the Valterra Deadbolt Lock for RVs # L32CS3008 is 1/2" wide x 3/4" tall x 5/8" long. Typically there's quite a bit of space in the door frame to allow for an additional 1/4" length of this throw bolt versus the one you currently have. view full answer...
It sounds like you want to use the hitch lock, like # e98882, in place of a regular hitch pin. Yes, you can absolutely use the lock instead of a hitch pin and it will work great to safely transport the trailer and boat.
The hitch lock does not have an official rating but in reality its capacity is much higher than the tow vehicle or trailer hitch. I have linked a video review of this lock for you. view full answer...
The 3/4" you're referring to on the lock out bolt specs for a Reese Sidewinder like the # RP61412 refers to the diameter of the bolt and not the hex head size. The hex head on a 3/4" bolt is typically designed for use with a 1-1/8" socket. view full answer...
The threads on the SportRack Hitch and Cable Lock - Keyed Alike, item # A32022, are 1/2 inch coarse and the overall length of the bolt is 4-3/4 inches. The cable will fit through a 1/2 inch hole. The bolt does not have grade markings on it, so I called the manufacturer who said that the hitch pin bolt is designed to work with all of their bike racks and is not a graded bolt. view full answer...

The diameter of the hitch pin hole for the etrailer item # e98848 is 5/8". This hitch is confirmed to fit a 2019 Honda CR-V.
Please note that Kuat's bike racks like the Transfer V2 item # KU84FR have a smaller hitch pin hole diameter of 1/2" so the 5/8" pin will not work.

I cannot confirm a fit of the Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch - Codes to Ford Side-Cut Key # BL7025636 for your spare tire cover in the bumper of your 2016 Ford F-150. I can say that it is an excellent question and would take out the issues with other locks and the lost key issue since it codes to your ignition key. This cylinder fits standard 3/4 inch hole of toolboxes.
This product does require the Retaining Nut for BOLT Tool Box Latch Lock Cylinder # BL4306752. view full answer...

The pivoting bolt or pin that the Lock N Roll Coupler part # 336TS504 has is made from a hardened steel that as rigorously tested for capacity and found to be capable of handling up to 11,000 lbs of trailer weight and also meets SAE J684 towing safety regulations. A standard hitch ball uses a similar "bolt" if you will as the threaded portion of the ball that fits into the ball mount hole is a very similar concept. view full answer...
