I can confirm for you that there is a difference between the # BWRVK3300 and the # BWRVK3305 with the construction of the base of the hitch, which is where you get the difference in capacities between the two hitches. The 3300 is only rated for 20,000-lbs where the 3305 is rated to pull 25,000-lbs. They do look the same, but the difference will be in the construction and stiffness of the base on the two hitches.

As we haven't had the chance to install either the Curt # C77ER or the Draw-Tite # DT92MR on a 2021 Mustang Mach-E, I went out and measured from the center of the first bolt hole to the end of the receiver opening on both hitches. The Curt will sit out a little further out at 14-1/4", and the Draw-Tite will be 13".

It is true that the 8,600 lbs capacity Timbren Jounce-Style Springs # TFR250SDJ measures 6-7/8" altogether while the 8,000 lbs capacity Timbren # TFRTT350J for heavy duty (Severe Service Vehicle) applications measure 7" altogether. There actually are no drawbacks to using the 25K B&W Companion # BWRVK3305 instead of the 20K B&W Companion # BWRVK3300.
The price is higher, yes, but the 25K only has a shipping weight that is 10 more pounds than the 20K. The hitch head is actually very easy to remove which just the weight of the hitch in about half making it little easier to install/remove.

There are a few differences between the BAK Revolver X2 and X4s tonneau covers. The X4s is the newest cover available by BAK, so it includes a new matte black finish on all sides, whereas the X2 will be matte on the top, and then silver on the bottom. The X4s will also have a sleeker more flush side rail than the X2, and the list goes on. Basically the X4s is the newest and best of the Revolver line. I recommend going with the 5,000lb Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV on your 2023 Ford F-250 super duty. These have a capacity which is higher than what your F-250 is even capable of supporting on the rear axle.
