Hey Darrell, thanks for reaching out. The amount of rise or drop for the ball mount will depend on two things. The height of the hitch on your truck, and the height of the coupler on your trailer. We want the trailer to be level when you are towing, or as close to level as possible.

It is not rated for a line pull like you will have with a winch. We are not going to have any option for a ball mount with 2" hitch ball on both the rise and drop position. I recommend looking at the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # BPH64FR as this will allow you to easily flip the hitch for either a rise or drop and since it uses adjustable pins you can easily flip the ball as well.

The largest shank size for the "slip-on" style of sway control brackets we have is the Reese Sway-Control Bracket # RP26003 for a 1" shank.
Since you need something larger you'll need to have the Sway Control Tab # 3442 welded on to your current ball mount to add that sway control feature.
Technically you could try to enlarge the hole on the Reese bracket but then you run the risk of ruining the integrity of the sway control bracket so that isn't necessarily recommended. view full answer...

From there you would want to measure the distance from the bottom of the trailer coupler to the top of the inside of the trailer hitch receiver to see what kind of rise you'd need to keep the trailer level while towing.
