Yes, it is! Honda and other manufacture's like to leave the fuses out of new vehicles that do not come with a functional towing package to save on costs. You can verify if you're missing the fuses by checking your fuse box but I am pretty sure they won't be there. I took a look at your owner's manual and you'll want to look at fuses 7 and 12 in your main fuse box.

With only a 1-1/4" hitch you're limited to 200lbs of tongue weight capacity and the hitch mounted cargo carrier selection we currently have is pretty limited. You'd be looking at either the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110 or Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155. Both have similar sizes with the only major difference being whether or not you want sidewalls. Both of the options you mentioned, the Konig XG-12 Pro 247 # TH01594247 and the Pewag Servo RS # PWRS80 are going to fit the 235/60R18 tires on your 2022 Honda CR-V. Both will also be very similar as far as installation since they are drape-over style self-tensioning chains.

The Pulse Cargo Box will fit crossbar spreads between 23-5/8" - 34-3/8", so you are good there. The problem with running a power wire from your travel trailer battery is there is nothing maintaining the power supply to your trailer battery and when it dies or the power begins to drop your braking can stop working. Typically it is the trailers tires which will restrict the maximum speed, so installing the Taskmaster 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire # TTWSF53012C should allow you to drive up to 81mph. I do see in the manual where it states to not exceed 45mph but it also is in reference to trailer sway. This makes me think the trailer does not have enough tongue weight when unloaded to prevent the trailer from swaying. The Roadmaster # RM-048-4 is the most comparable with a distance of 9-5/8" from hitch pin to hitch pin hole and a 4" drop/rise. This has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity. However, use of an adapter is going to cut the capacity of your hitch by 50% so you won't be able to use the full capacity of the cargo carrier.
