There are torque wrenches available that can apply 450 ft. lbs of torque that is needed for the 2" High Rise Hitch Ball part # C40034. However, these torque wrenches can be very expensive and not easily attainable therefore we generally just recommend that you place some sort of large pry bar on your wrench/ratchet and then tighten as much as you can. view full answer...
You can definitely use the 7-Way on your tow vehicle to power an electric A-Frame jack. We actually carry the Buyers Products 12-Volt Electric Jack # 3370093500 which comes with a 7-Way connector installed so you can do just this very thing without having to splice into the 7-Way on your trailer.
We typically say to use a trailer battery just to help prevent draining the start battery in your vehicle to the point where it won't start and you get stranded. As long as you are mindful of... view full answer...
We can help you hardwire in trailer wiring and a brake controller to your 2012 Pleasureway Excel on a E-350 chassis but if you are wanting something that plugs into factory wiring only Pleasureway would have info on that. You'd have to install a 4-way first with the part # HM48925 and then convert to a 7-way with the part # ETBC7 so that you could install a brake controller like the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 that you mentioned or the current Tekonsha controller you have. view full answer...
In order to install the Tekonsha PowerTrac Electronic Brake Controller part # 39523 on your 2011 Ford E-350 you will need to use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3034-P. As you mentioned, the vehicle side plug that this harness will attach to is located behind the coin tray in the center dash panel which you can see in the attached video.
In regards to the 7-way trailer wiring harness at the rear, there is not a single plug for this unless your... view full answer...
Yakima refers to the part you're needing as a clip spacer for their 1A RainGutter Towers, part # Y00101.
The replacement plastic clip spacers aren't available individually, they are included in the # Y8810136 replacement hardware bag, so potentially you could need both the # Y8810136 parts bag as well as the # Y8810008 replacement boots. This being said-as outlined in step 10 of the linked instructions you will not need the clip spacers if the backs of the roof rack feet do NOT touch the... view full answer...
I reached out to Dexter and they no longer make that axle. I can confirm based on the bearing sizes you gave that you have a 3,500 lb capacity. If you determine you just want to replace the hub, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3 or # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you have the grease zerk integrated in the spindle.
Since we can't match the spring seat to spring seat dimensions if you want to replace your axle I recommend using... view full answer...
You have the basics covered with the brake controller and tow mirrors but I would also recommend a transmission cooler like part # D13503 with the adapter part # D13024 and # D13014. This is going to do a great job prolonging the life of your transmission as heat is the number one killer of them and towing creates quite a bit of heat.
Then to install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR you'd just need the install harness part # RED87FR and for tow mirrors the custom install set # CTM2500... view full answer...
For your 2004 Ford E-350 Van the front will need the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar Item # RM-1139-115 and the rear will need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar Item # 1139-178. view full answer...
My contact at K-Source advised that when folded inward their towing mirror set # KS61203-04F will still extend out from the vehicle mounting surface 4-inches. This set of electric towing mirrors is a confirmed fit on your 2014 Ford Van with non-heated powered mirrors. view full answer...
The only front mounted hitch confirmed to fit your 2007 E450 Cutaway motorhome is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65001. This hitch has a maximum 500 lb vertical load. For a motorcycle carrier, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch - 76" Long - Steel - 500 lbs # e98873 which weighs about 58 lbs leaving you a capacity of 442 lbs for your motorcycle. The Ultra-Fab # UF48-979033 would also work, weighing in at 51 pounds.

We have everything you need, just not in one kit.
For a disk brake kit that will bolt up to your 4 bolt brake flanges and will slip over your 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern you would want the part # K2R35D for a dacromet finish. Or if your trailer will see salt water I would recommend the stainless steel kit part # K2R35S. You will need a quantity of two of these kits for both axles.
For a brake line kit you will need the part # DM5425.
And then for a surge brake actuator you would want... view full answer...
For a 1995 Ford E-350 Van I would recommend the Draw-Tite Class IV 2 Inch Hitch, part # 41906. It has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 10,000 lbs and a maximum tongue weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. I am including links to the installation instructions and a video of the hitch being installed on a 2003 Ford E-350 Van.
For towing, I would recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # EBMK2216. It comes with a ball mount, a 2 inch ball and a 2-5/16 inch ball, a hitch pin and clip, and... view full answer...
Anti-sway bars will be a big help at keeping your RV much more stable, even when towing the Jeep behind it. It does make sense that towing something behind the RV would enhance the sway you are getting since the Jeep is not moving under its own power and is similar to a trailer in that regard.
For your RV, built on the Ford E-450 chassis, you can use the rear anti-sway bar item # RM-1139-147. And for the front use # RM-1139-115 for an upgraded anti-sway bar.

If I am following correctly, you are installing a 115V AC mini-split AC unit and intend to operate it from battery bank when not connected shore power. You are concerned if you will need to isolate your Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 75 Amp
Item # PD4575K18LS8 from the battery bank when not on shore power. The answer no, it is not needed to do providing you have all other items properly connected. I do suggest however that... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75703, will fit the 2011 Ford E-250 as long as it is not a Superwagon. The rounded bumper should not pose a problem. A step bumper would necessitate a ball mount longer than the recommended # AMSC2 which is 8-1/2 inches long. Part # BM20 would be a good fit.
If you so have a Superwagon model, you would need Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75703. Again a longer ball mount would be needed with a step bumper.

If the caster you have on your Fulton F2 jack will fit a 2 inch diameter tube, your caster will work in this jack. The Fulton caster and Pro Series caster like the Pro Series 6 Inch, Detachable Caster, part # PS1400750340, will usually interchange... view full answer...
The Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Hose w/ Stainless Flares, part # BH-3MFS-18, you referenced has the standard 3/16 inch male fittings and 3/8 inch thread size so this should work fine for you. The Voyager RV Backup Camera w/ Night Vision # VCAHD140i is actually designed to be used with the Voyager RV Observation Camera System w/ Monitor and Mount # VOM43HDCL1B. I'm sure there is a way to hook it up to a stereo that has provisions for a backup camera but that would require modifications to this camera and I don't have the expertise to advise on that kind of install.

Unfortunately the Curt Triflex # C24VV does not have the best reputation for being reliable. What you described sounds like it has an internal problem and would need to be replaced. If you wanted something that performed better and is much more reliable I would go with the P3 part # 90195 instead and you'll be much happier. No more constant resetting and overall better braking. view full answer...
