The 2013 Kia Optima can be fitted only with a light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class I hitch, which is capable of handling the weight of 2 bikes maximum. Please see the linked page. I recommend going with the Rhino Rack 2500 series # RRVA126B-2 because they are very lightweight and made from aluminum. The weight capacity is 165 pounds but it is always a good idea to check your owners manual to confirm the weight capacity of your Optima. Also, it has a nice price point too.
