The Inno Board Locker # INA744 will fit your 2013 Kia Optima as long as your vehicle has a roof rack system with crossbars. The Inno Board Locker will fit crossbars with maximum dimensions of 3-1/2 inches wide x 1-1/8 inches tall. In order to confirm if the board locker is compatible with your crossbars, I recommend measuring those dimensions.
