For your 2001 Dodge Intrepid, I recommend the Swagman XTC-2, # S64670. This is a 2 bike platform rack that is easier to load than 2 or 1 arm racks. Also, the rack secures the bike in three places to ensure they are secured safely. After doing some research and looking at several 2002 Dodge Intrepids with spoilers I believe I have a solution for you. However, the Thule OutWay # TH45JV is not likely going to fit because it would interfere with the spoiler. Take a look at the Hollywood Racks Expedition, # HRF6-2. This rack is much more likely to fit because it was designed with spoilers in mind. The top arm goes out and around where the spoiler is like you can see in the video I have linked.
