We no longer carry Husky weight distribution systems, so unfortunately we wouldn't have any replacement parts.
I'd recommend going with a quality replacement round bar system from Reese, like their # RP66022 which has the same capacity as your old Husky system. The weight distribution head offers the holes for mounting a sway control bar like part # 83660. It's recommended that two sway units be used on trailers 26 feet in length or longer. The # RP66022 doesn't include a shank, but you... view full answer...

If you can give me the information on your Thule rack, we may have some replacement parts available. I've linked the page to your options of replacement hardware we carry. It is very likely the noise is due to an improper fit or mounting hardware issues. The # 7533998 is the fit for many of the older racks.
Another help would be to use a fairing like the Thule AirScreen XT Fairing for Roof Racks - 44" Long # TH82WV or 52 inch # TH8703. This will deflect the air up over the rack and... view full answer...

The easiest way to determine the weight rating of your leaf spring is to note the weight rating of your axle. This can be found on a sticker or stamp near the tongue of your trailer or stamped towards the middle of your axles itself. Since you do have an older trailer you may just want to check the axles as the axles may have been swapped out sometime.
Even though it would seem that a 4-leaf spring would have a higher weight capacity than a 3-leaf spring, this actually isn't the case.... view full answer...
Based on how much you'd be carrying and towing the SumoSpring you'd want is the # SSR-612-47 which has the 1,000 lb capacity.
But your best option is the RoadActive Suspenion kit part # RAS4514-SAT which gives you the support you are wanting while improving handling and stability beyond what the SumoSpring offers and do so without negatively affecting the ride quality. view full answer...

Although I don't have a way of decoding your VIN, you should be able to call Load Rite and provide them with your VIN - they will be able to tell you exactly what kind of axle is on your trailer. If you can get back to me with your exact axle capacity and wheel bolt pattern, I will be happy... view full answer...

I'll start by saying that without knowing which hubs are on those axles, it's tough to know exactly which lug studs are on them, but I was able to research and determine that the studs are normally 1.8" long. Taking this into consideration, you're going to need studs that are at least 2.3" long to make up for the added space between the hub face and wheels. The Kodiak Wheel Bolts # K12WB2 are only 2" long, so these are not going to be sufficiently long enough.
I recommend using the Replacement... view full answer...

If the vehicle still squats even when using weight distribution, my suspicion would be that the weight distribution system hasn't been set up correctly or the system that you're using could be under-rated for the travel trailer's tongue weight + the weight of anything that's carried in the truck bed behind the rear axle.
I'd suggest redoing the initial setup to confirm that things have been set up correctly. I'd also confirm the travel trailer's fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight,... view full answer...
