I couldn't find any information regarding a factory tow package for your 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser that would have included a converter for a trailer wiring harness. This being said, according to my research, the Lexus GX 460 is identical, so a hitch for a 2013 Lexus GX 460 like the Curt # C13043 should fit.
