On 2004 to 2017 Freightliner chassis motorhomes there is a port/connector to the left of the steering wheel under the dash for brake controllers like the # TK63VR. The actual part number for that connector from Freightliner is PAC 12064754. Later model Jeep's such as yours do not have locking steering wheels which is typically why when flat towing one will leave in the ACC position. However, you will want to refer to your vehicle specific owners manual for placing your specific Jeep model in proper arrangement for flat towing. There are a couple possible reasons as to why the Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 on your trailer is not responding when you push "auto level".
It's possible that the trailer is simply parked on unlevel ground. You may just need to move the trailer to a more level surface and see if the auto level feature works then.

The purple wire on the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301702 is intended to connect to the positive power wire for the coach's porch light, so it comes on when the step is activated. Unfortunately neither I nor my contact at Lippert has any way to look up that wire color for your 2011 Tiffin Allegro.

You are correct about the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # TK94FR in that all you will need is 12 volt power on the 7-way. Unfortunately, there is not easy way to go back and forth between a 4-way and 7-way trailer connector on the trailer side at least. However, you can go back and forth between a 4-way and 7-way trailer connector on the vehicle side and for that I recommend the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole part # 37185.

The Lippert Components RV Slide-Out Motor by Klauber # LC130057 does have the electric brake on it that does act like a clutch to keep you from over-extending or over-retracting the slide and causing any damage to the motor or frame. I'm not sure what you mean about the 1/2 inch, as the motor will draw the slide out in tight and will also fully extend the slide out so you have full intended movement. The Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Class A RV part # 290-52206 comes with four weighted straps as you mentioned. These straps are designed to help secure the bottom side of the cover to the motorhome. In order to install them you will first need to locate a lower strap on the cover and then attach one side of weighted strap to this.
