The total length of the cargo box is 76-inches and please ensure you have a minimum crossbar spread of at least 23-5/8 inches in order for it to fit properly.

A weight distribution (and/or sway control) system is worth considering under several conditions. One is if your loaded trailer weight (GTW) is more than 50 percent of your vehicle's weight (GVWR). For the Thule Motion you are correct about the 16 cubic foot models, # TH629706 for black or # TH629707 for silver, would be the best bet to limit wind resistance on your 2011 Subaru Tribeca.

The Swagman XTC-4, # S64665, can use Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64027. The bike rack has a weld nut inside that is uniquely threaded and will only work with specific Swagman locks. When the locking hitch pin is tightened, it will pull the rack shank tight against the receiver, eliminating rattle.

When installing electric brakes onto your single axle camper you can not use 2 left brakes on one axle. You will need one Left # AKEBRK-35L and one Right # AKEBRK-35R. If one set of brake assemblies is on the wrong side of the axle, it will lead to diminished braking performance and premature brake wear.

The most common larger connector is the 7-way, so if that is what is on your new vehicle you can use the 7-Way RV to 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47365 to still use your trailer with your new tow vehicle.

The brackets in your picture don't look like typical Thule mounting hardware so you must be looking at a much older Thule 600 Touring roof box. If you would like to stick with square crossbars then you need the 53" long Thule SquareBar Crossbars # TH712400 and the Evo Raised Rail # TH710401.
These bars have a width of 1-1/4" and a height of 7/8". You can use these dimensions to help you determine if the cargo carrier you are looking at will fit.
