I would be happy to go over the replacement brake/bearing and replacement axle option for your 2006 NuWa Discover America 5th Wheel Trailer.
Unless your axles are currently damaged, or for some reason use an obsolete bearing combination I would stick with just replacing the brakes and bearings as that will be much more cost effective.
To determine which brakes and bearings your axles use we will need to find the axle rating of your axles, and the bearing combination of your spindles.

There are multiple types of applications for slide-out seals; Glue On, Peel-N-Stick, Press In, Push On, and Slide-On. I checked the microwave/exhaust fans that we carry as well as our vendors, Way Interglobal and Furrion, and all the combos I can find are all at least 29" wide.
If you have more available room I recommend the Furrion # FMCM15SS. The dimensions on this microwave/exhaust fan is 29-15/16" wide x 16-3/8" tall x 15" deep, so it will be larger than your current unit. view full answer...

The Atwood # AT94022 measures 16" tall, 15-1/2" wide, and 20-7/8" deep, so it is taller and wider, so you should have the space; the Atwood also uses a 17-3/4" tall x 18" wide... view full answer...
I won't be able to confirm the correct landing gear set for a trailer based on the make/model nor by cross referencing any part numbers but most are fairly standard and it's super easy to confirm this yourself. The Landing Gear Set part # RVLG-8000 is a very popular option that fits most trailers. In order to confirm it fits your particular application you''ll need to measure the distance between the weld stops on the existing legs and ensure they are 15-1/2". view full answer...

It's hard to say for certain based on the dimensions you gave if you'd have clearance but below is a formula for you to use to determine if you have the needed clearance.
Measure the distance from the center of the gooseneck ball to the back of the truck cab. Call this measurement A. Next, measure the width of the trailer overhang and divide by 2 to get half, measurement B. If A is 4 inches or more than B then you can safely make 90 degree turns.
If you don't have enough clearance you'd... view full answer...

If the landing gear is electrically operated and the motor makes noise but the legs do not move then it could just be that the battery does not have enough charge to run the landing gear. You can have the battery tested at an auto parts store. If the battery is fine and the motor makes no noise then you may just need to replace the switch.
