The Replacement Lead Jack w/ Drop Leg # LG-179013 will work based on the helpful measurements you have given. The leg length is also 29-1/2" with a distance from the top to the closest weld stop measuring 6-3/4" and from the bottom to the closest weld stop measuring 5-1/4" These have a weight capacity of 4,000 lbs and have mounting locations for a motor.
I have attached a diagram showing the measurements as well as a review video for your reference.
