The Curt 18-Inch Combo Bar with 2-1/2-Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver # C49511 is a raw-finish fabrication part that is without any type of stops or obstructions inside the tube. This is the first time I have heard of the issue you are describing. It sounds like there is an inverted fifth wheel hitch on the trailer you are trying to deal with.
The best solution I could recommend would be to remove the inverted fifth wheel on the trailer and install a king pin like part # 337KP20050.
I am not certain about the legality of the dual fifth wheel hitches being used with a fabricated dual king pin. You will need to check with the Department of Transportation in the... view full answer...
The Solera 18' Replacement Awning Fabric - Blue Fade part # LCV000334421 uses a 1/4" poly cord per Lippert. If your existing rail will not work with this you'll want to swap it out for the Solera Awning Rail Extrusion part # LC715216. view full answer...
What you could do is use the Curt combo bar # E-9. Mounting something to the actual bed is not the best idea because the walls could be too weak or flimsy to hold or stabilize a heavy load. I wouldn't take the risk since the power washer is likely pretty heavy and if the straps failed, it could crush the truck bed where the ball mount is attached. You may need to fabricate something that is integrated into the bed supports or truck frame.
Once you secure the Curt combo bar # E-9, you... view full answer...
Thank you for the photo of your F-350 truck. If the dump bed can be removed you will be able to install a fifth wheel hitch on your flat bed. If you are unable to remove the dump bed, a fifth wheel hitch would not be an option.
If you can remove the dump bed you may be able to install a fifth wheel hitch. It would be a custom installation that would have to be performed by a qualified professional. The hitch I recommend for this application is the Reese low profile hitch, part # RP30054.

While some Solera awning rollers, such as the Solera RV Awning Roller and Fabric, # LCV000211505 that you referenced, have been known to fit some Dometic arms, we cannot confirm all possible configurations will or will not fit. Mixing parts from two manufacturers has it challenges unless the component(s) has/have been intended from design stage to fit across different platforms.
My recommendation is to select a set of Solera arms to go with your new awning roller and fabric. Or purchase... view full answer...
I took a look at the Stahl Grand Challenger utility body, and because of the toolboxes, it wouldn't be compatible with 5th wheel or gooseneck towing. The front of the trailer wouldn't fit between the toolboxes.
I didn't see a flatbed model, but if that's what you have, Reese makes a 5th wheel hitch designed for a flatbed, part # RP30054. The hitch would install by bolting to the bed as well as a 1/2 inch thick steel plate that should be welded to brackets attached to the truck's frame.... view full answer...

Unfortunately, we don't offer a front mount receiver for the Ford F-53 chassis. Your best bet would be to use the rear hitch, if possible. If you're flat towing a vehicle, you can use a dual hitch adapter like # RM-077-6 which has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity, but be aware that the adapter is NOT designed for towing a trailer, only for flat towing a vehicle which doesn't apply any tongue load to the hitch.
If that wouldn't work for you, your best bet would be to check into having a... view full answer...
The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7904 will not have an affect on the cooling for your 2022 Ford F-250. With the main cross bar hidden behind the factory fascia the only part which restricts air flow to the radiators and coolers is the 2" receiver portion. This does not restrict the air enough for you to see a difference in temperatures on your truck. Also if you already have a front license plate on your truck this is the same area the plate sits so there is... view full answer...

Theoretically you could mount your own custom-made cargo box on the arm of the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches - 10 cu ft - 100 lbs # Y62VR, though I do have to note that any alterations will void the carrier's warranty.
I do understand having a concern about the weight, but so long as you have the right hitch and don't overload the carrier, this won't be an issue.

The Tow-Rax Battery Box, part # TWSP14BP does not come with a lock available.
If you want to lock the box you would have to fabricate something, possibly using a padlock like part # RM-305. That would require drilling into the box lid and cabinet and may not be the best option.
We do offer a very nice locking battery box, part # TLA7712R. This battery box comes with the hardware needed to mount it to the trailer frame or any other place you have room and has a lockable lid included. view full answer...
