Your current 5.7-8 tires are 5.7 inches wide and 18 inches in diameter. Moving to 145/80r12 tires would give you the same width, but a larger diameter of 21.1 inches. If you want to stay with your current size tires I've linked the page to all your options. This will give you a height difference of 3 inches and that reduces your wheel well or fender clearance by 1.5 inches.
