Actually, the Yakima JetStream roof rack has been confirmed to fit your 2015 Lincoln MKX with the panoramic roof. You may not be able to open the roof depending on how much clearance there is between it and the bottom of the crossbars or the mounting hardware of anything on the crossbars. I took a look at your photos and you have all of the components of the Stowmaster 5000 tow bar. The Stowmaster consists of 2 arms, a cross bar and the 2 L brackets with the white stickers. You do have a couple extra pieces. The two arms that have the hitch pins in them are pieces from your friend's vehicle base plate that you do not need. You can remove those from the tow bar. I have pointed at the pieces I am referring to in the included photo.

Instead your best bet is to add a trailer hitch receiver to the Lincoln, using part # 75234, and a hitch mount bike rack. Then add a quality bike rack like the Swagman XTC-2, part # S64670.
