Thule actually changed the design of their square crossbars a couple years ago so any of the current rack fits would not be compatible with the older style of bar you have. The current bar now has a slot that runs down the bottom of the bar. Thule actually does not have a rack that fits your 2018 Lexus GX 460 but Yakima has their round bar roof rack part numbers # Y00408, # Y00145, and # Y03536 that would work well.
