Recommended Roof Rack that is Compatible with my 2013 Lexus GX 460

Question:

Goodmorning, I have a 2013 Lexus GS460 - i used to own a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country - i have a THULE footpack and aero bar set that fit the town and country - i was hoping to find something from THULE that fit the flush mounted Lexus roof rack where i could re-use my THULE Aerobars on the Lexus - does this product exist or should i just acquire a new tower/cross bar set for the Lexus?

The only roof rack that we currently offer for your 2013 Lexus GX 460 is the Yakima roof rack # Y00409. The Yakima RailGrab towers are # Y80145. This will only work with flush mounted rails that run front to back.
