Yes, you can use the Curt Class III trailer hitch, # 13456, on your 2008 Land Rover LR3. Installation of this hitch does not require any drilling and is very straight forward, see instructions link.
The Thule 4 bike racks will work with this hitch. If you want an economical version you can go with the Thule Camber 4 Bike Rack, # TH9056. This is a great rack that folds away from the vehicle for access to the back hatch.
Along with this rack, if you plan to carry womens, childrens, or alternative... view full answer...
Since the factory hitch for the Evoque is a 1-1/4 inch Class I or II the trailer hitch receiver lock # e98879 will fit. Hitches that are 1-1/4 inches have a 1/2 inch diameter pin hole which is what this pin fits.
The inside span is 1-5/8 inches long and the overall length is 5 inches. With these measurements you can check the space available around the outside of the receiver to ensure fit. view full answer...
Let's start with the hitch ball, and there is a 2" hitch ball with base just like the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball w/ Base # TVBB25 you mentioned, and for that you'd need the following part:

As for the bracket kit; there is not one available without the foot. view full answer...

It is entirely possible that the bike carrier you have was made by Thule. A Coworker found out that Thule made the bike racks for Land Rover until 2000 and then they switched to Yakima.
Does the carrier have a name on it or a number of any kind? I could likely verify the manufacturer with a name or a part number or even by looking at some pictures of the carrier which you are welcome to email to me.
If it is indeed a carrier manufactured by Thule then the Snug Tite lock # THSTL2 would fit. view full answer...
It's not likely since the Yakima Tracks # Y01135 are a universal fit usually used on campers but you can measure to find out. The 60 inch tracks have 11 mounting holes each spaced 6 inches apart. If the holes don't line up you can drill new holes into your roof but I wouldn't suggest it.
Instead I would go with a roof rack designed to fit your 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. The best rack we have that will fit is the Thule WingBar rack:
60 inch WingBars # TH711520 (black) or # TH711500... view full answer...
I have a solution for you. If you are wanting to use the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk , # CC-275, then I recommend the Yakima LongHaul # Y02476 for your application.
The Longhaul is a lightest weight 4-bike rack that we have to go on an RV. It weighs 32 pounds which will allow you to carry 68 pounds of bicycle to stay under the 100-pound weight limit of the # CC-275 Bike bunk. Even though this carrier is made to carry 4 bikes, you would have to stay within your 100-pound limit.

I do have an option for you but we currently do not offer the Pioneer Wind Fairing part RR43251 as of May 2018. However, I called my contact at Rhino Rack and they were able to confirm that the Rhino-Rack Fairing for Roof Racks part # RRRF4 will still work for your Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack part # RR75TB. The only major difference is length. The wind fairing part RR43251 is 2" longer than the wind fairing part # RRRF4. view full answer...

While we have not test fit the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR on a 2018 Land Rover Ranger Rover Sport with a 2" hitch such as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13243, you can find out very easily by taking a quick measurement.
This bike rack measures 6" from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. All you need to do is measure from your hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper; if the closest part is less than 6" you can use the Transfer and its folding feature.... view full answer...

You will not need to buy any additional parts to install this kit.
I have attached the installation instructions for you to check out.

If your 2010 Land Rover Range Rover has the factory tow package then I recommend using the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. This is one of the most reliable brake controllers that we have which is reflected in the massive amount of positive reviews left by customers.
The P3 is a proportional brake controller that will apply the brakes on your trailer at the same time and with the same intensity as the brakes in your vehicle. The best feature about this brake controller is the LCD screen that... view full answer...
Of your two options the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack with Fixed Mounting Points # JB0686 will be the lowest profile. Both options can carry up to 165lbs while moving, but the static weight of the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform is around 900lbs. Perfect for a rooftop tent!
We have not test fit the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform on a 2016 Land Rover LR4, but if you did have clearance issues you can buy some extra spacers # LHS2PAIR to gain that clearance.

The Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22G measures 10-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the nearest part of the carrier when down, and 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin to the nearest part of the carrier when folded. If your 2006 Land Rover LR3 has 7 inches of clearance, the Kuat NV 2.0 would not fit well on your vehicle in the folded position.
The tire adapters for the Kuat NV 2 are part # APBK. With these adapters, the NV 2 can hold a bike with tires up to 4-1/4 inches wide. This... view full answer...
The Curt Weld-On 2" Receiver # E17 will allow you to have a custom receiver made for your 2012 Land Rover Range Rover HSE. This is needed as I do not see that any aftermarket manufactures are producing a receiver that is confirmed to fit your vehicle.
The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will allow you to wire in a 4-way connector without splicing into your factory wiring. This will allow you to tow most small trailers as well as add Auxiliary Lights # C53201.... view full answer...
I have a answer that will help you determine if there is interference with the crossbars with your antenna on your 2010 Range Rover. I confirmed with my tech at Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack that the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Qty. 3 # RRRVP05 measures just shy of 2 inches tall from the roof to the bottom of the crossbar. There is one option for a plug-in brake controller option for your 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport with the factory tow package. The adapter for the brake controller will be under the dash, and you'll have to remove the lower dash panel and look behind the brake pedal. It is tucked up in there pretty good, so you'll need a small flashlight to find it, but it will be there.
Then, what you'll need is a brake controller from Redarc, along with the plug-in harness, and I confirmed this fit... view full answer...
