I spoke with my contact at EcoHtch and they said that since they only test fit the trailer hitch # 306-X7320 with the OEM spare tire (donut) they wouldn't be able to confirm if it will fit the larger tire that you have. The other trailer hitches, like the etrailer.com # E98843, have more of a width issue but since the EcoHitch has a higher crossmember I believe that the larger diameter of your spare will be an issue.

He found that the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for the Kia Sorento, 2011, item # 75684, is designed to work on your vehicle as long as it does not have dual exhaust.
