Then, remove the two screws that hold the actuating arm in place, which will allow the actuating arm to be slid out of its track on the cover. Tilt the cover (or what is left of the cover) straight up so that it is at a 90 degree angle to the roof of the trailer. Then, push... view full answer...

The sides of roll up tonneau covers like the part # 834532006823 that you referenced are typically sealed to the truck bed rails with Velcro. But what mainly keeps the sides of the cover down is the amount of tension in the cover that is created between the front mount of the cover and the latching system at the rear of the truck bed. The cover is so taut that the sides would not lift up once the cover is latched properly. view full answer...

I went out to the warehouse and opened a package of the Classic Accessories RV Wheel Covers, part # 052963762501, to see how they attach to the tires. Enough wind coming from the right direction could affect stability of a tire cover like # ST7002WH or of an RV cover for that matter.
