When trailer or toad wiring has an issue with running/tail lights but other functions work fine the problem is most often related to a weak ground. What happens is that if a ground connection is not 100-percent solid and with bare-metal-to-bare-metal contact the weak ground will allow some lower-power signals to pass (stop and turn lights that don't draw as much current) but won't let the higher-current always-on taillights function. The problem with no running lights when you turn on the Jeep headlights sounds like a blown fuse. You first want to check the fuse panel or your owner's manual and make sure the fuse is good.
Since you said you have no power at the pin on the harness, it leads me to believe the fuse is blown or you have a bent pin on the harness, or a wire is loose or damaged from the back of the harness connector. You can check for corrosion as well. A corroded pin will not show current.

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he stated that the most likely problem with your Falcon 5250 Tow Bar not latching is the Autowlok button or buttons will need to be replaced. he said that often times the spring inside goes bad over time and replacing the mechanism will solve the problem. To determine where the problem is I recommend having the 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited plugged up to the RV and then use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the wiring starting at the RV. You are looking for constant power on the left brake light/turn signal wire. Start at the RV and work your way back until you find the problem.
If it doesn't show up until after the diode, then that could mean that the diode is the problem.

I called my contact at Roadmaster about the # RM-9400 and the troubleshooting message you keep getting.
They told me that you need to check the green wire that is coming out of the # RM-751452 switch. You should only show current when the brake pedal is depressed. If you are not showing current, then the switch is probably bad or it has shorted out and needs to be replaced. view full answer...
Based on the symptoms you're describing with your Air Force One # SM99243 it sound like you have a leak somewhere and the brake booster is having to rebuild the vacuum pressure, which is why the pedal is hard and requiring you to pump it back up before driving. I recommend looking at your check valve between the tee and engine for leaks and tracing your air lines for any cracks or loose connections. The Tekonsha P3 # 90195 employs an inertial sensor. It senses the deceleration of your Wrangler and generates an output that is based on that deceleration. If you're testing controller by pressing the brake pedal while it's parked it will not activate the brakes on your trailer.
Another thing to check would be the power setting you have the controller at. At minute 1 of the attached video below Randy will walk you through adjusting the power level settings.

This is the first time I have heard of this issue with any Hopkins tow bar wiring harness such as # HM56200 on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Since this harness plugs in line with the tail light wiring there isn't a way that it could have been connected in the wrong spot. It is possible though that there is a bent pin or maybe corrosion that is causing a short to jump to the reverse light on that one side. That is the first thing I would check.

If the red wire of the # C56407 that fits your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited does not have power on it that would indicate most likely that it's not connected to the battery properly, the fuse isn't installed/has blown, or maybe there's a problem with the wire. I checked with my Tekonsha representative, who tells me that they don't have specific installation instructions geared toward a right hand drive 2013 Wrangler. In order for the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 to work properly you will need to install a 7-Way connector on your boat trailer. This is definitely something that Roadmaster has seen occur with the Invisibrake # RM-8700, so there's nothing to fear. It sounds like the center post on your 7-Way is set up for auxiliary 12 volt power rather than reverse lights on your 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. You can remove the wire to the center terminal on the 7-Way and splice it into a reverse light wire behind one of the tail lights.
