In order to get the correct replacement springs (as you need to replace springs in pairs for any given axle) I'll need you to lift the trailer by the frame so the leaf spring is relaxed, and then measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the opposite bolt hole. Then we just need to match that with the weight rating of the axle to get you back up and running!

There is not a cross reference for campers that allows me to look up what latch set is installed on your pop-up camper. If your storage locks are Bauer brand then you'll just need to select the correct replacement key number from the attached link that matches the lock core for your storage compartments. The wheel capacity should be enough to handle the weight of your trailer. I'm assuming you have a 2008 Jayco Jay Flight G2 23B based on the 4,600 lb weight. This has a dry weight of 4,525 lbs and GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) of 6,500 lbs. Since the GVWR is the max weight of the trailer and cargo, that is what should be used when deciding on wheels.

As far as specs goes these match up with everything you mentioned (I'm guessing you meant 2,600 lbs max - the tire is rated for 2,540 lbs) and this comes with a 5-year warranty on the tire which is pretty rare. Jayco tends to use Dometic A&E awnings so you'd most likely have to purchase an entirely new slide topper since we currently only offer Solera branded components. I haven't gotten to work on Dometic awnings so I can't say if it's the same but Solera awning springs can be reset inside of the roller tube to get the tension back. Yours sounds like it might be a bit more broken than just re-tensioning the spring though so you'd like need to replace the arm(s).
