We do have a wiring harness for your 2023 Hyundai Palisade. I recommend the Curt T-Connector # C43FV. This will plug in behind the driver and passenger side tail lights, and will not require any cutting of the vehicles harness. You will have to run a wire to the battery to power the module for the 4 pole flat connector.
We also have the # C59236 which is a 4 pole wiring harness, but this will require cutting and splicing of the vehicles wiring. view full answer...
Yes, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C68JR will connect to the factory tow package wiring on your 2022 Hyundai Palisade. It does include the reverse circuit wiring so when you connect to a trailer with surge brakes and a Reverse Lockout Solenoid # T4748800 you will not have the brakes activate when driving in reverse. view full answer...
A lift is not required to be able to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e95ZR on your 2022 Hyundai Palisade. You may find it easier to raise the rear of your Palisade up off the ground so that you can more easily access the mounts for the exhaust and be able to lower the exhaust to get the receiver in place. I have linked our installation video below so you can see where the mounts are to determine if you need to raise it off the ground.
I recommend installing the Curt T-Connector... view full answer...
I just spoke to Stealth Hitches about their Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391HYUNPALIS19T and they are updating the wiring in their Towing Kit # 391CONVPT5L to no longer require the power wire to run with the inline fuse to the battery connection.
They are still in the process of making these changes to their instructions but you can confirm that you do have the black power wire that does connect into the vehicle connector. And that you do have 12 volt power to the blade... view full answer...
Let's start with the locks, and the locking mechanism isn't flimsy, and keys are definitely not more likely to break in the Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6358B.
As for the Yakima box, the mounting procedure will essentially be the same as with the Force XT XL # TH6358B (with the exception of the Force not using the tool to tighten the clamps). Assuming you have some height with the use of something like a step stool # TE97FR, you won't have to go to both sides to tighten the... view full answer...
Stealth Hitches has updated the Towing Kit # 391CONVPT5L portion of the Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391HYUNPALIS19T to no longer require a separate power wire and inline fuse be ran to the battery. The power wire has been moved to the vehicle connection plug and will now use the factory wiring and fuse in your 2021 Hyundai Palisade to power the converter and 7-way charge line for the trailer.
If you have one of the older kits that is before they made the change, there... view full answer...
Yes, you can open the bottom box with the top box mounted with the Yakima EXO # Y74ZR in the two-box configuration. The top level can be rotated 180 degrees, which will allow you to open the bottom box.
We are not aware of any fitment issues with the EXO system on a Hyundai Palisade. view full answer...
The 2" Receiver # 391RR2 included with the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 391HYUNPALIS19T is only for use with hitch mounted accessories. Using the 2" receiver with a separate ball mount will push the connection out further an creates more of a torsional force on the connection and cross tube. Stealth decided you are only able to use their included Ball Mount # 391BMU5L for towing. If you were to use the 2" receiver with a separate ball mount and it should damage the receiver... view full answer...
