In order to install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75659 which is a fit for a 2006 Honda Element, you'll need to be sure to use the included conical tooth washers which ensure the nuts don't loosen. We don't sell just the conical tooth washer separately but you might be able to get them from the hardware store. I went out into our warehouse and measured the distance from the center of the pin hole to the butt end of the shank on the Draw-Tite Drawbar 2-1/8 inch Rise or 2-3/4 inch Drop 2000 lb Kit, part # 3592, and found that it is 1-9/16 inches.
I then pulled a Draw Tite Drawbar 2-1/8 inch Rise or 2-3/4 inch Drop 2000# Kit, part # 3593, and found that it also shares the same measurement of 1-9/16 inches from center of the pin hole to the butt end of the shank.

It's very likely the latter, but it depends on the specific Thule Big Mouth rack you have, as there were two of them, the original Big Mouth Upright 599XT and the Big Mouth 599XTR. It is likely the 599XTR, as they were around far longer.
The original 599XT was only out from 1999 through 2003, while the 599XTR was available from 2004 to the beginning of 2017. So you'll need to know what rack you have, specifically to get the correct end cap.

A Dexter 3500 lb axle typically has spindles compatible with an L68149 outer L44649 inner wheel bearing (you'll want to check your existing bearings to confirm).
