Since the Curt hitch part # C92UR for your 2019 Honda Civic fits between the bumper beam and the rear frame area of your vehicle it adds a bit of length to the bumper beam assembly. By that I mean the bumper beam sticks out further due to the bracket width of the hitch. If you are trying to route the 4-Way connector, like part # 118437, out of the trunk area of your 2011 Civic, you will need to either find a grommet in the truck pan that will allow you to route the connector outside the vehicle, or drill a hole large enough to route the wires through. My information shows that the trailer wiring for a 2011 Civic does not require a power wire to be ran to the vehicle battery.
