My technical contact at RoadMaster informed me that, indeed, the RoadMaster BasePlate # 1528-3 and the Falcon 5250 do work together. He said that you need to make sure that you have the crossbar and L brackets that go with the towbar. Flat towing vehicle requires base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking.
