  • Can B and W Companion Hitch Be used with a Sidewinder Pin Box
  • If the B and W Companion hitch is one like the # BWRVK3600 that attaches using the 4 pucks it will work with a Sidewinder. If the Companion hitch is like the # BWRVK3500 which only attaches with the center post for the gooseneck hitch it can't be used with a Sidewinder due to the torque the Sidewinder would put on the attachment point. You will want to use the proper wedge, part # SWW-06, with the Sidewinder. I attached a help article on Sidewinders for you to check out as well.

  • How to Transport a Trailer with a 2015 Honda CR-V
  • I do have a way that you could possibly transport your motorcycle with your 2015 Honda CR-V but unfortunately all of the motorcycle carriers are fits for 2" receivers so you will need to use a trailer to move your motorcycle around. It is worth noting as well that the online version of your owner's manual states that the vehicle is only rated to tow 1,500 lbs and that the tongue weight should never exceed 10% of that (which means you have 150 lbs of tongue weight). Even if your 1-1/4" receiver...

  • Available Trailer Hitches for 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L
  • We have both 1-1/4-inch Class II and 2-inch Class III trailer hitches confirmed to fit the 2017 Honda CR-V. All offer no-drill installation and you can see them on the linked page. These hitches have trailer weight capacities of either 3500-lbs or 4500-lbs. We generally recommend using a 2-inch hitch rather than a 1-1/4-inch hitch since there are many more available accessories for the larger size and in most cases you get higher capacity for not much more cost. Even if you don't need...

  • Where do the Additional Wires of the Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole # 30717 Run
  • I attached a picture that has a diagram of where all of the wires of the 4 way to 7-way adapter part # 30717 run when installing it. Basically the blue wire goes to the brake output circuit of the controller, the black to the positive post of your vehicle battery, white to ground, and the yellow to the reverse light circuit.

  • Parts Needed to Install Yakima Round Crossbars on a 2006 Honda CR-V
  • The Yakima RailRiders are a very old style of roof rack that hasn't been around in a long enough time that there are no landing pad or any fit info available. If you have a set of round Yakima crossbars like the part # Y00408 you can reuse them but you have to go with the current Yakima towers etc. For that you'd also need the part numbers # Y53TR, # Y03536, and # Y00228.

  • Availability of a Replacement Castle Nut for a Harbor Freight Trailer
  • 25 mm is very close to 1 inch, so there is a good chance the castle nut part # 165686 would fit as it is 1 inch. That said we've had customers tell us it's actually 22 mm which we don't carry.

  • Trailer Tongue Mounted Bike Rack Recommendation for Trailer with Limited Clearance
  • Since you only have 2.5 inches of available space on the frame of your a-frame trailer the Swagman part # S80503 won't work BUT I have a great solution instead. Check out the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756. This attaches between the trailer jack and the trailer instead so your limited frame clearance would not be an issue.

  • Hitch Receiver Recommendation for the 2015 Honda CRV
  • We have a few choices when it comes to a hitch receiver for your 2015 Honda CR-V. I have attached a link to those hitch receivers for you. My personal recommendation would be for the Curt Class III 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13119. Going with a 2 inch hitch gives you the added benefit of having more options when it comes to hitch mounted accessories. If you plan to do any towing with your CR-V, I suggest taking a look at the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118561, Draw-Tite Ball Mount,...

  • Availability of 2-Inch Hi-Rise Hitch Ball with 2-Inch Rise and 3/4-Inch Diameter Shank
  • We offer a range of hi-rise hitch balls but none has a 3/4-inch diameter shank; all are 1-inch or 1-1/4-inch diameter. You can instead use a ball mount with the equivalent rise to accomplish the height adjustment you need. If you have a 2-inch hitch receiver you can use Draw-Tite Ball Mount # 2753, which provides either a 2-3/4-inch rise or 4-inch drop. This ball mount uses a hitch ball with a 1-inch shank, such as Tow Ready # 19247. If you need a hitch pin and clip you can use Hidden...

  • We can help with a way to activate the taillights of your 2012 Honda CR-V when it's being flat towed but the supplemental braking kits like the InvisiBrake part # RM-8700 are not designed provide that function. What you would need for that is the # RM-152-98146-7 which comes with everything needed to control the taillights of the CR-V with you tow vehicle.

  • Yes! We can help you with both of these items. Replacement hitch hardware can be ordered by itself simply by entering the part # RHK into our search box, and then entering the hitch part # 36520 and selecting Draw-Tite from the drop-down menu. • If the tow hook on your rear bumper is still present on your 2017 Honda CR-V the Draw Tite hitch part # 76128 will still fit. It attaches to the side frame rails and then the tow hook. If the section removed was not the tow hook you'd be good.

  • Base Plates and Equipment Needed to Flat Tow 2014 Honda CR-V
  • According to Roadmaster, their # RM-521567-5 direct-connect base plates are compatible with your Falcon 5250 tow bar. Compared to the # RM-521567-4 which requires a crossbar, the # RM-521567-5 makes for a cleaner install that's easier to use. To complete your flat towing system, you'll need safety cables like # RM-643 if you don't already have them, a taillight wiring harness like part # RM-15247 and a supplemental braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR and possibly a high/low...

  • Bike Rack Option for 2019 Honda CR-V
  • Any bike rack will require some degree of lifting to seat the bike within the carrier. A hitch mounted platform type rack is definitely the right choice when being concerned about lifting height; especially if you already have a hitch installed on your 2019 Honda Cr-v. This style will require lifting the bike to less height. I suggest the hule Helium Platform XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount Item # TH53GC. At 43 lbs this carrier is itself a little lighter...

  • Clamp-on Replacement Mirror for a 17 Foot Long Ranger Boat
  • I recommend using the CIPA Rearview Boat Mirror - Convex Glass - Windshield Mount # CM11119 because it has a smaller mirror face than a lot of the other available and comparable mirrors since it is 8" long by 2-1/2" wide. This mirror will mount on round or square tube windshield frames 7/8" and smaller. I've linked our review video of this mirror as well as a picture that shows this mirror in use by one of our happy customers. I've also linked our entire selection of boat mirrors in the...
