I recommend using the MORryde Cushioned Pin Box # MR84VR over the Curt Rota-Flex # LC328330 any day because it has better cushioning technology. Back in the day when the Rota-Flex was first released it was top-notch, and while it's still an effective pin box, the MORryde system performs better.

Usually it's best to go with the leaf spring capacity that matches the axle capacity but if you are sure you'll be a lot under that I would shoot for a little over what it will weigh at max. So if you're going to be at 3,000 lbs max I would shoot for just a little over that like with the 4k springs part # e57SR that you referenced. This wouldn't be too stiff or too soft and would provide you with as good of a ride quality as you can get from trailer suspension.

From the images that I can find on your 2021.5 Forest River Sabre 377FLL it appears that it uses the Lippert 1621 pin box. The Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # RP85FR is the correct replacement for the Lippert 1621 pin box. You can verify that is what you have by the sticker on the pin box itself. If you're replacing just the rooftop unit and keeping the air distribution box and thermostat then I recommend going with the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner Unit # FR58PR. You'll just want to check the wiring harness that runs from the rooftop unit to the controller to see if it has a 6-pin or 9-pin connector to see if you need a wiring harness adapter.
