Upgrade Lippert Trailair Roto-Flex pin box
Question:
We have a 2021 Riverstone Reserve RSF3410PMK 5th Wheel Travel Trailer, with the Lippert Trailair Roto-Flex pin box, The pin box has a tag on the top that state 21,000 GVW. I could not find the model number anywhere on the pin box, but the LCI Item Number is 20201245021, and the serial number is S005948512. Our tow vehicle is a 2021 Ram 3500 dually, and we have the BandW Companion hit installed. We are looking to upgrade the pin box as a means to mitigate the potential damage to the trailer due to travelling the terrible roads we find in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico other states may have equally bad roads, but those are the ones we are on most of the time. We are looking at the 21,000-pound Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel pin box to address some of the road shock transmitted from the road to the hitch and then to the trailer. We have looked at the Flex Air Item # LC369535 here, Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 - 21,000 lbs Lippert Fifth Wheel King Pin LC369535 etrailer.com, and that item demonstrated in the video appears to be substantially longer than the pin box we currently are using. What is the correct part number for the Flex Air to replace the existing Lippert Trailair Roto-Flex pin box on our 2021 Riverstone Reserve RSF3410PMK 5th Wheel Travel Trailer? Additionally, what is the availability of the model that we would order, and what would be the expected delivery date for an order placed in the next day or so?

I reached out to my contact at LIppert and based on the photo showing two verticle rows of bolt holes he identified your RotoFlex as having a 1621 bolt pattern. The FlexAir replacement with a 1621 pattern is the Lippert # LC369535.
