I have a much easier solution for you but it's really hard to pick out an exact replacement plunger for a breakaway setup unless you happen to know the exact brand of the breakaway system. But since the entire switch assemblies are completely universal you can just replace the switch and plunger like with # 3802348 and you'll be good to go. view full answer...

The Husky Center Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # HT32215 sounds like it needs the head angle adjusted. To relieve some tension on your bars to remove the system, I recommend using wheel chocks and then using the trailer jack to relieve some of the tongue weight. view full answer...
We do indeed offer ST205/15-14 radial tires from 5 different manufacturers in load range B(1430 lbs), C (1760 lbs) and D (2040 lbs).
If you want the best tire available that's manufactured in the USA, I'd recommend the Goodyear Endurance, part # 724864519 this is a D rated radial tire with a 2040 lb capacity per tire or 4080 lb per axle.
For something a bit less expensive, you could go for the Westlake # 274-000012, which is also a radial and has the same weight rating. view full answer...
In order to find the correct trailer tire inflation value, you must look on the sidewall of the tire itself. This will display the correct cold fill psi. The weight of the trailer is not a factor when determining psi but it is when selecting the correct load range. If you're looking to get more real-time info on both psi and temp which can be used to better predict failures then I highly recommend a TPMS like the TireMinder A1AS TPMS for RVs and Trailers part # TM49FR. The RockyMounts MonoRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY10004 is not rated for use on a travel trailer due to the unsophisticated suspension which will put undue stress on the bike rack and could damage it.
Instead I recommend the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S94FR. It has a per bike weight capacity of 70lbs and is rated for use on cars, vans, trucks, SUVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and flat towed vehicles. Since your generators already have the inverters built in there is no need to run them through the surge protector. So adding a secong 30 amp connector to your camper that ties in to the electrical system after the surge protector would be a great solution. To do this you can use the Epicord 30 Amp Twist Lock Power Inlet part # 277-000137 which is white or the black option part # 277-000138. This with a short length of wiring will allow the connection. This connection should be made before... view full answer...

If the height of the I-beams is less than 6" as you say then you would have to have to swap out the regular safety struts for the Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Universal RV Bumper Support Brackets # MO34VR, which include spacers to place the brackets far enough out to clear the flange lip. You would not want to trim the flange of your trailer frame beams.
You can place the supports on the inside or the outside of the frame beams as the difference between the two sides really isn't going to... view full answer...
The Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 20' - All Climate + Wind - Gray # AD97ZR has a 3-year warranty and fits trailers between 22" and 24' long. Please let me know if it ends up being longer than 24' and we I can make additional recommendations. view full answer...

We've asked Solera in the past about how much clearance above the slide out would be needed for a slide topper to fit and they have said in past that between 3 and 6 inches would be fine so your clearance of 4-3/4 inches would be more than adequate.

Standard tapered trailer wheel bearings are recommended to be re-packed with fresh bearing grease about every year or every 12,000 miles under normal use. In certain conditions this interval could be shorter, such as if you routinely tow the trailer under conditions of extreme heat or near its maximum load capacity. This and other recommended trailer maintenance procedures are outlined in the linked article, which may interest you.
