For a replacement, I recommend taking a look at the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks part # UF48-979031 which offer 30" of lift and have a 6,500 lb capacity. I was able to find that your 2019 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf 27RR comes with 205/75R14 tires load range D on a 14x5.5" wheels and uses a 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern.
If you want to get to a 10-ply rated tire you will need to move to a 15" wheel.
