What most people do to put a maintenance charge on a deep cell battery like yours that is on a trailer is to run a 10 gauge wire from the 12 volt accessory circuit on the 7-way directly to the positive post of the battery. A battery of your size can only have a maintenance charge put on it through the trailer connector though since the wire gauge is pretty small.
