  • Atwood LP Gas and Carbon Monoxide Detector Indicator Lights Flashing Red and Yellow
  • You will most likely need to replace your Atwood carbon monoxide/LP gas detector # AT36681. It has a 7-year lifespan and if it has been in service longer than that it may not function properly. There are several things that the flashing lights could indicate: Power visual indicator flashing means the detector's power supply voltage is too high or too low. Carbon Monoxide indicator flashing means the CO alarm is disabled because the alarm is resetting or stabilizing OR the unit has gone...

  • Upgraded Camera Kit Recommendation for 2007 Damon Tuscany with Night Vision
  • The Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-062710 is a really solid option that would give you 4 cameras you could have mounted on your 2007 Damon Tuscany 4072. The monitor is bigger at 7 inches and the cameras have night vision like you are wanting as well so it would be just what you are looking for. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.

  • Recommended Brake Controller and Wiring for 1992 Damon Challenger Motorhome
  • For your 1992 Damon Challenger, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195. This controller is a proportional controller that will allow your trailer brakes to apply at the same time and with the same intensity as you hit the brakes in your motorhome. You will need to hard wire this controller, and I recommend using the Universal Brake Controller Wiring Kit # ETBC7. You most likely will need the some extra wire found as part # 10-2-1as well. This kit will require...

  • Upgrading to Polyurethane Anti-Sway Bar Bushing On a 1998 Damon Daybreak
  • The Roadmaster Polyurethane Bushing Kit part # RM-4139-127 for front and part # RM-4139-125 for rear are correct for a 1998 Damon Daybreak. We do offer just the replacement bushings for these but they are not designed to be used with the factory brackets. If done so, you risk the chance of the bushing slipping out causing damage as well as risking losing control of the motorhome. I don't have any dimensional drawing of the replacement bushings unfortunately.

  • Is The Advent ACCAR135 a Heat Pump Or Will it Require a Heat Strip?
  • The Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner # ACCAR135 along with all the other air conditioners we currently have do not have a heat pump. We do offer the Heat Strip # ACMHD which fits the Advent Air Conditioner. Since the Carrier AC's are virtually obsolete on campers you might want to consider switching to the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR67FJ which will give you 2 AC and a central thermostat. We also have the Heat Strip # FR27PR you can add to one or both units...

  • Is There a Baggage Door Handle for a U-Shaped Striker
  • I do have an option for you but I do not believe we have any sort of door latch that will work with the u-shaped striker you have on your trailer. As I am sure you are aware, this is not a standard design. However, what we do have for you is the Lippert Components Standard Baggage Door Latch Kit part # LC317649 which comes with the striker plate that you need. Therefore, this is what I recommend you use. It will most likely take a bit of modifying to replace the u-shaped striker with the...

  • Troubleshooting A Non-Working Leveling System On A 2009 Damon Challenger 377 Motorhome
  • Typically when the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 is malfunctioning it just needs a Zero Point Calibration Reset. It sounds to me like you may have already done this though so the next step is to check the power and ground to ensure that the system has what it needs to properly function. When I spoke to Lippert in the past their tech stated that the system requires 12.75v to properly operate. I recommend checking the controller with a multimeter...

  • How to Determine Which Replacement Double Bowl Sink for 2010 Damon Astoria Motorhome is Needed
  • In order to recommend a particular sink, I'll need to know the size of the rough opening in the counter top where your sink sits. Unlike passenger vehicles, Travel Trailer, 5th wheel and motorhome manufacturers don't provide a public database that shows which component parts are used to assemble a given year, make and model motorhome so there's no way I can look up the size of the sink originally used. We offer several double-bowl stainless steel and ABS plastic sinks that could work for...

  • RV Ladder Solution for 2004 Damon Challenger
  • The simplest solution would be a telescoping ladder like the part # TE74FR that you referenced. This would store in your RV's storage compartment and would get pulled out and used when needed. This obviously doesn't require any installation so it's basically ready to be used as soon as you get it. For a more traditional RV ladder we have the Surco part # SP501L which permanently attaches to the rear of the RV. It will need to attach to studs on the roof and on the side wall of the RV.

  • How to Pick Out Slide Topper for 2007 Damon Astoria
  • Measuring to pick out the correct slide topper for an RV like your 2007 Damon Astoria is pretty easy. You have to measure the box width including the flange on it and you'll be set. So the Solera part # LCV000168105 that you referenced is for box widths between 74" to 79-3/4". If you can get me the box widths of all three of your slide outs I'd be happy to help you find the correct fits.

  • Lippert Motorized Hydraulic Leveling System Controls Work The Wrong Jacks On a 2007 Daymon Daybreak
  • It sounds like the wiring was changed going into the solenoids at the hydraulic pump on your 2007 Damon Daybreak. I would check these connectors as it sounds like they were mixed up if the unit was swapped out. This would explain why your jack positions are all off and why the auto level fails when you try to use it. The system sends power to one jack and when a different jack lifts the camper the internal sensors read an error.

  • Replacement RV Step Motor for Part Number 300-1406
  • The correct replacement for your 300-1406 motor is the Replacement Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step part # LC301695. If you need other components I would need more info on the steps as this specific motor fits quite a few different steps. If it's a Kwikee 25 Series most likely you just need the part # LC369354 for the gear.
