The best available cushioned equalizers are the MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers, part # MR87ZR if you have a 33" wheelbase or part # MR27ZR if you have a 35" wheelbase. The reason that these are the best is that they provide the most amount of travel, 3". The travel is basically how much the rubber inside compresses and the more the rubber does compress, the better ride you'll get since the rubber absorbs road shock. Looking at pictures of a 2018 Coachmen 371MBRB it looks like you have a black ladder similar to the Stromberg Carlson # LA-401BA. This ladder is 99-1/2" tall and 12" wide. Some voltage drop off as power travels to each brake assembly on the trailer can be normal (within 1-2 volts of drop), especially if you have a longer trailer . If you are testing the brake output wires right before the assemblies themselves and getting 10.4 volts then this probably isn't an issue. Also make sure when you're testing for voltage that you have the brake controller set to max power and you're using the manual override (not stepping on the brake pedal).

I might have a solution for you, however it will not be a exact factory replacement. We have the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401BA that has an aluminum construction and is black in color. We also have the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L. It is also an aluminum ladder but it is silver in color. The Stromberg Carlson ladder would be a closer replacement with out having to get a factory ladder.

With the battery of of your trailer disconnected for the off-season the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC675817 will loose the zero point calibration so you will need to reconfigure it before taking the trailer on the first trip of the new season.
This is also the case if your battery goes dead or gets low the zero point calibration could be lost and need to be reconfigured.
I would just add reconfiguring the system to your beginning of season checklist so that you do not forget.

I was not able to find any install photos of the No-Drill Mount Kit for Firestone Air Command part # F2612 which is for the Air Command Compressor System part # F2610 but I can tell how it's supposed to be installed from our photos. The two brackets will sandwich the frame via the carriage bolts. One bracket will go on the inside of the frame and the other on the outside.
