Will Roadmaster Comfort Ride Improve Ride Quality of 2019 Coachmen Chaparral TSIK

Question:

I have a 2019 Coachmen Chaparral TSIK that originally had 5200 lb axles I noticed the one set of tires wore out on the inside after 5000 miles It appeared that the 5200 lb axles bent after a year per a repair shop I had 7000 lb Dexter axles installed and they put on a 6 leaf spring system instead of the original 5 leaves. It raised the trailer by 1/2inch which also helped for trailer clearance on the truck. I would like to keep it at that height or slightly higher The trailer has a 10 inch I beam by 2 -3/4 I have scaled the trailer many times and stay very close to its capacity of 12000 lbs. I like the capacity of the axles and it trails and travels very good. Everything shakes apart in the trailer severely as I expect the springs are too stiff. Would your Roadmaster Comfort ride suspension kit be the answer?

We have a Roadmaster Comfort Ride system that was designed for 7k axles like you have now with the part # RM-2460-2570. The shocks of this kit dampen the movement of the suspension which would stop the shaking you described. This would also greatly improve the ride quality of your trailer so it would overall be a nice improvement for your 2019 Coachmen Chaparral TSIK.
