There isn't a brake controller wiring harness for the 2005 Chevy Workhorse RV chassis. It is possible that the RV came with one. Sometimes they plug in under the driver's seat but would otherwise be located under the dash. It is also possible that it does not have a place to plug a brake controller into and could just have tow package wires under the dash. The issue you are having your Kwikee Electric Steps could be attributed to a few different issues. The first issue could be that the override switch is not wired properly. I spoke with a representative at Winnebago and the said you might have to replace the entire assembly, but they cannot identify the model from your pictures and their information about your model year Winnebago Passage is missing that information. The Locking L-Shaped Handle - 4" Long - Chrome, part # 37210895, may work for you. If your existing lock handle assembly has these dimensions:

If you have ensured the connectors are in good working order and tight and that the air bag is receiving sufficient air, then yes it is likely that the air bag is in need of being replaced. With your 2007 Forest River Sunseeker 2900 on the workhorse class C cutaway chassis you will need to use the Timbren # TGMRW55 if you are wanting to replace the factory jounce bumpers. SumoSprings does not offer a set of jounce bumpers for your chassis only SuperSprings # SSA39 to reduce sagging and improve stability.

To add a hitch to your 2004 Safari Trek Motorhome you'll want to use the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch item # C13701. You do not want to disconnect any wiring from the brake switch on your 2005 Safari Trek Motorhome. I cannot find any information that shows that your blue wire from your 7-way is the same as what connects to your brake switch. Normally if you have wiring from the factory they will be bundled with a power wire, brake switch signal wire, ground wire and the wire that travels to the 7-way. You will need to do a little hardwiring to install a brake controller on your RV since there is no confirmed harness that will fit. It is not actually all that difficult. I was able to find the step originally on your 1989 Winnebago wnc23. It was the Kwikee 3218 which unfortunately no longer has any replacement parts available. You will need to replace the entire step assembly as replacement parts are only available for 1999 and newer steps at this time.

On the trailer side of the wiring you will need to run the cut off wires up to the brake output circuit of the 7-way wiring on the trailer. This will be the pin in the 7:00 position. There should be then an additional wire from the assemblies that will get grounded to the trailer frame or back up to main ground wire of the wiring. Hopkins brake controllers like the Agility part # HM47295 that you have are known to have internal shorts that require replacing the controller as there isn't a fix for it. The best solution we have would be a new controller that is similar that is more reliable like the Brake EVN # TK63VR. The transfer switches that we currently offer are either rated for 30 amp or 50 amp service and can't function properly if wired to a different amperage rating. For example, if your motorhome had 50 amp service and you installed the Furrion Automatic Transfer Switch # F50ATS and then wired a 30 amp generator to it, it wouldn't sense the generator since it's not putting out 50 amps for it to kick the switch over.
