I contacted the tech at Curt and the wiring harness part # C55335 is internally grounded inside the wiring harness. There is not a need to ground the white wire separately because it is built into the wiring harness. The instructions Curt sent were universal instructions. The torque specifications for the end links on your Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar and Axle Bracket Kit # RM-1109-175-00 would refer to the factory torque specifications from Chevy if replacing a factory sway bar. If not you'll want to following the attached warning to ensure the you aren't overtightening the nuts and pinching the bushings.
