We do have a universal fit towing mirror from K-Source. It's part # KS3891. I've seen some feedback that these have worked for the 2018 Cadillac Escalade and they fit perfectly.
They're designed to work with factory side mirrors that are between 4-1/2"-11-1/2" tall and have a lip alongside the mirror face.

The brake controller I recommend for your 2018 Cadillac Escalade is the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR because this brake controller senses the amount of braking you are applying on your vehicle and applies a proportional amount on the trailer brakes. You will need two components to be able to flat tow your vehicle and carry a bike rack. A dual hitch adapter like part # RM-077-4 and an RV approved bike rack like the # S94FR.

I reached out to my contact at RoadMaster and they said they have confirmed a fit for the CTS but the CTS-V and the Sport Package models are not a fit for drivability issues as well as trim interference.
