2018 Chevrolet Cruze
Great Hitch, and instructions provided were pretty good. There are some fasteners in the rear wheel area that are not clearly identified in the instructions, but not hard to figure it out. Pictures of the install attached. I did have to remove a tiny bit of excess body seam sealer from the factory that was in the way of the bolted flange, but not difficult to do, just do a test fit before you put the bumper on to verify it all fits up correctly.

The hitch receiver was shipped quickly and the instructions were very clear and to the point. Much less complicated than the [online]l hitch receiver that most of us probably saw before coming here. etrailer coming in clutch once again!

I have a 2018 Chevy Cruze sedan diesel. The instructions were incomplete. There was no mention of four additional screws or taking the tail lights off.
The product itself fit perfectly and looks good, the receiver is under the bumper so no bashed shins.

I received my hitch in a timely manner.
The hitch was not damaged or scratched While being shipped. I did the install myself in about 1 hour, very simple. I did have to cut the fascia to fit the hitch. I really like how it looks.

Hitch order was processed and arrived quickly.
Watched the installation video twice and had this installed in less than an hour, with ten minutes spent looking for the T15 bit that I dropped.

Good hitch for 2016 Chevy Cruze. Easy to install using the video for guidance. Hitch is hidden behind plastic fascia. Attached to metal bumper bolts so it’s well supported. I recommend this over the hitch that bolts directly to the frame.

The hitch receiver was exactly as advertised. I'm not a hands-on guy for most auto repairs or things like that, but this was extremely easy and took 90 minutes. My Chevy Cruze had a few more screws on the underside to remove than the video showed, but they were easy to identify and remove.

After a year of use the hitch has held up well, and has saved me plenty of gas being able to use my car instead of my truck for small trailer trips
